Good to Know

This is a four-story home with multiple flights of stairs, including stairs required to access the property.

No smoking inside the home. Parties and events are not permitted. Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 10 guests.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Any fines issued due to noise violations will be the responsibility of the renter.

Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional fee. All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside the home.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
